We want your party to go smoothly as planned. Please be informed of the following booking and rental terms before you make a reservation or commit to a party booking:
- By placing your order, you agree and accept to the terms and conditions.
- A deposit of $100.00 in addition to the package price is required to book your event, and it is refundable once your event is over and the items have been returned.
- Hire charges are for a 24 hour period only. If the equipment is made unavailable for return, the customer will be charged for another 24 hour period.
- Cancellations are to be made fourteen (14) days prior to the event to receive a refund of your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- The customer must inspect the set up and advise of any flaws, dirt or damage to the equipment before the end of the event. If it is not advised prior to the end of the event, it will be assumed that flaws, dirt or damage occurred during the hire period only and may incur charges.
- The security of the equipment will be the responsibility of the customer during their hire period. Any loss, damaged, broken or destroyed equipment will be charged to the customer at full cost price.
- Slumber Wonders Party will not be liable for any claims for personal injury or death whilst using the hired equipment during your event period. The items for hire are made for children’s use, and customers have a duty of care to supervise.
- While the utmost care is taken, Slumber Wonders Party takes no responsibility for any damage that could occur on set up or take down.
